Fort Hood shootings, Obama Convey Deep Grief

 Texas : U.S. President Barack Obama in shock over the brutal shooting incident at a military base Fort Hood , Texas , on Wednesday ( 04/02/2014 ) . Four people were killed in this incident , including the offender who shot himself in the head .

" It broke my heart to know there is this incident . I want to be sure that we will investigate this case to its conclusion , " Obama said at a media crew in Chicago .

" We all know the families of the victims . We all know the service and sacrifice in defending their country . Lets us all pray for them , " he added .

Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel called the Fort Hood shooting as a horrific tragedy . While Mayor Killen , the area near Texas , Daniel Corbin , told the BBC that he could not describe how deep condolences to the victims of the shooting .

" We all pray when they ( soldiers ) were sent to duty . We try to keep our families and communities to establish good relations with the citizens of Fort Hood , " said he .

The incident began when the offender approached the two buildings in the complex Fort Hood . He was then a series of shots before it was halted military police . After that , the perpetrator shot himself in the head with a 45 caliber pistol .

A number of U.S. media mention the name of the perpetrator as Ivan Lopez , a man 34 years old . Lopez is known as the U.S. troops who had served in Iraq .

Parties Fort Hood shooting has not been able to ascertain whether this was planned or not . Some time after the incident , they write warning messages via Twitter to nearby residents to lock doors and stay away from windows .

While all the victims were rushed to a nearby hospital . U.S. military spokesman Lt. Gen. Mark Milley suspected offender traumatic stress syndrome ( PTSD ) commonly experienced by soldiers .
